Spiritual Meditation By Tesa

For this Spiritual Meditation, lie down or sit in a comfortable passion. If you choose to sit, sit on the ground cross legged or in a chair with your feet on the floor. Close your eyes. Just let it all go. This is now your time to take for yourself. To relax, to re-center your mind, body and soul. If your mind starts to wonder, don’t be hard on yourself, this is a practice. Just slowly bring your mind back to center and listen to the sound of my voice and once again concentrate on my words.

Now relax and begin to breath slowly, and deeply. Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale out. Begin to release all your cares,

Let the sounds of the waves wash away all your tension, worries, frustrations – whatever you’re holding at this movement.  They don’t belong here at this moment, send them away and focus on your breath.

Just Breathe… Again take a slow deep breath in and slowly exhale and release. Let it sooth you and heal you. With each breath let your body become soft and relax……..BREATHE.  With every sound you hear just allow yourself to go deeper and deeper into relaxation.

During this meditation realize that prosperity, abundance and becoming whole is already with in you. You are already whole and you are bound for greatness NOW in your life. You can create anything you desire.

Take a deep breath in and begin to focus on the sound of the waves pouring upon the shore. Picture yourself on a tropical beach. The temperature is perfect. Not too hot and not too cold. There is a slight breeze that brushes pass your face. The sun glows upon your face as you look up towards the sky.  You then realize you are the only person in this place. This is a beautiful, peaceful place, all your own. Allow an image to form.

You are free to be you. There are no judgments, just the freedom to be who God had intended you to be. You feel at peace, serine and content.

You lye down in the sand. It is warm upon your skin.

Breathe

Take a deep breath in and as you slowly breath out you now feel that your head is heavy as if it were sinking further in the sand. You feel extremely comfortable as if the sand feels as if you were lying on a cloud.

Let your head slowly sink . . . deeper . . . deeper . . . deeper.

Allow your eyebrows to relax; now your mouth relaxes while you breathe in and out. Focus on breathing in and out. If you find yourself thinking too much or worrying, take a deep breath in, and focus on the sound of my voice. Release that thought.

Lie very still and feel yourself releasing any tension in your shoulders. Progressively follow your body and allow your abdominal muscles to relax. Feel your thighs drop deeper into the sand; they are so heavy you can’t even hold them any longer. Your knees and calf muscles relax, and now your feet limply slide into the sand.

Now, let your mind relax deeper, let the body and mind let go. Let go, completely.

Now open up all your senses. Allow every distracting sound you hear to put you deeper into our deepest state of relaxation.

You then sit up and take notice to your surroundings.  Notice the texture of the sand. You look in front of you and see the ocean, crystal clear water with hues of light blue interweaving with deeper blues out towards the horizon.  You notice the water glistening from the sun peering upon it. What pleasant smells do you smell? Do you hear any other noises besides the waves coming upon the shore?

Look to your left and to your right. Now using the power of your imagination. To the right you notice a grouping of palm trees back off the shore. To your curiosity you stand and begin to walk over to them.

You then walk through them and find a whole new world. An opening with palm trees creating a canopy above you where the sun is peering through their leaves. The breeze is cool and refreshing rustling through the trees. Birds are chirping in the distance.

This is a place that is uniquely your own. You are at ease and comfortable here. Free to express who you are and your inner feelings. You go and sit in the middle of the opening.

BREATHE

Begin to relax even more completely.

The sun begins to fully push through the canopy above and a white light comes down upon you. You begin to feel a youthful energy flow though you. It fills you up and completes you. You then began to reradiate that energy and glow with the white light that has filled you.

You are light, you are one with the light and the light is within you.

Take a DEEP Breath, as you breath in picture the light becoming brighter and brighter.

BREATHE

Feel yourself become lite and weightless and radiant with love and light glowing from your inner being.  The deeper you breath the more light begins to fill you up.

This light makes you feel a sense of love, empowerment and confidence. You become the person you who are truly meant to be.

You are on the right path in living your souls purpose.

You are now living your life through spirit. You are open and trust your intuition.

All the negative, self doubt, worries and fears disappear and are drowned out from the bright radiant light.

The warm loving light is with you now throughout your life. The light will continue to radiate through you and outwards towards others.

You have developed an inner strength you didn’t have before. Realize this light will not fade in your everyday life. It will continue to stay with you.

You create your own life and future.

You begin to feel confident and serine.

You look then look to your right and see a few yards away an opening in the trees and a pond where the sun is glistening across the water.

This pond is inviting.  It has magical properties within the water.

You decide to inter the pond. The water is warm, comforting and calm. You then discover the water is Healing water.

While floating in it the water it will take away all your negative energy in your physical, emotional, mental and physical bodies.

Let go of anything that has been ailing you physically, effecting you emotionally, bothering you mentally, and anything you have been questioning spiritually.

Now is the time to identify them and release them.

BREATHE

You begin to feel a calming energy move through you as the warm water flows among your body.

All negative energy is released and has moved out of your body. You begin to feel light and realize that nothing can hold you back any more. You are now full of light and love. Negative energy has no hold on you and is now released.

You are free from the fear that has been holding you back.  You no longer carry the burden of any anger and frustration that others have shown or brought upon you.

You have let all of that go.

BREATHE

Take a deep breath and allow on your inhale all the positive energy enter your body and on your exhale allow any other negative thoughts be released up in to the universe.  It no longer serve you.

You now have an overwhelming sense of Gratitude and joy comes upon you.

Thankful for everything that God has given to you to make you who you are. Your sprit begins to shine with joy and happiness. You are thankful to be here on this earth making a difference.

Take a moment to thank God for what you are thankful for in your professional life, personal life and spiritual life.

You decide to leave the pond. Your refreshed and lite. Filled with joy and gratitude.

You find a plush towel and comfortable clothing and settle yourself onto the warm blanket in the sun beside you.

You lay down and notice your surrounded by tons of plush pillows. You sink into them and find a comfortable resting spot.

This is a quite place that is safe and serine. You still feel the soft warm air flow against your face. This is a special place that is all your own.

BREATHE — DEEPLY RELAX

Allow you body to fully sink into the ground. Allow yourself to connect with the higher power above. Let spirit come down and fill you up with love and light.

You are already whole and complete. You deserve abundance and all the wonderful things life has to offer.

You then open up for spirit to come down and shine upon you. You see a soft, radiant flow of a purple light cascading down over you like a waterfall. It is like looking into a large crystal amethyst. The light shines and sparkles and brings you abundance. You breathe it in.  And soak up and embrace the rays of abundance.

The amethyst light slowly fades above you. You are now transformed and allowed the channels of abundance to open in your life.

You now have all you need to continue on your souls path. You are strong, fulfilled, positive and whole. You will remain so as you continue living through spirit.
