Cancellations:

With respect to Tesa's time: ALL Cancellations must be done within 24 hours prior to the appointment and a date may be rescheduled, otherwise there is no refund. If you miss the appointment by not calling or you are not able to be reached at the time of appointment you will be charged the full amount.
