By scheduling and/or paying for any service offered through Living Through Spirit and/or by communicating with Tesa Michaels in any fashion, you are stating that you have read this legal disclaimer and these terms of service, that you have had the opportunity to discuss, and that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

ALL SESSIONS ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONLY

YOU MUST BE EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THE INFORMATION DURING A SESSION WITH TESA MICHAELS SHOULD NOT BE USED IN PLACE OF ANY RECOMMENDATIONS BY MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL PROFESSIONALS OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO EVALUATE ANY INFORMATION, OPINION, ADVICE OR OTHER CONTENT AVAILABLE WITH LIVING THROUGH SPIRIT.

100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed for any psychic, mediumship, and/or intuitive service provided.

By it’s very nature, working with Spiritual Energy and intuitive ability requires the participation of at least one human and humans are imperfect creatures. All intuitive ability is rooted in interpretation. Anyone who guarantees 100% accuracy, perfect results, or a “cure,” is being less than honest.

Spiritual Healing does not in any way suggest or guarantee improvement, recovery, and/or “a cure” for any physical, mental, and/or emotional disease, ailment, condition or disorder. The “results” of Spiritual Healing work can range from dramatic to completely undetectable by traditional means. While Spiritual Healing modalities, practices, techniques, and belief systems have been effective for many people and well documented for centuries, measurable results cannot be guaranteed.

Fees for services must be received prior to your scheduled session. Credit cards are the only accepted methods of payment via phone with Tesa Michaels or through Pay Pal. We do not accept checks. Should you need to cancel, please give as much notice as possible, no less than 12 hours. If adequate notice is not given, you may be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee up to the amount of the scheduled service. You will be charged full price if you do not show for a session with Tesa Michaels.

Should Tesa Michaels need to cancel your scheduled service, you will be offered the option of rescheduling that service. If your scheduled service is not rescheduled any payment received will be promptly refunded.

The use of the Living Through Spirit website and services is governed by these Terms of Use. By scheduling an appointment with Tesa Michaels, you acknowledge that you have read the Terms of Use and the disclaimers contained therein and that you accept and agree to be bound by the terms thereof.

All audio recordings are for personal use only. All recordings are strictly confidential and to be used for entertainment purposes. By scheduling an appointment and receiving a recording you wave your right to hold Tesa Michaels liable for miss use of content on your behalf, or misunderstanding of content of all material on the recording.

Any dispute or controversy between you and Tesa Michaels or arising under or concerning performance or breach of these Terms, shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts having jurisdiction over San Diego County, California and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts for such purpose. Any cause of action brought by you against Tesa Michaels or its affiliated entities must be instituted within one 6 months after the cause of action arises or be deemed forever waived and barred.
