But her credentials aren’t where she gets her insights. Her skill at speaking and coaching has its basis in her education and has been tremendously expanded in the prestigious School of Life Experience.

Talking about today:

Dina details her life’s journey and how in the world she found and maintains the inner peace she has today. Many people ask her what her “happiness secret” is, and she loves sharing her message of hope with others who have been where she’s been, who have ever wondered, “is this all there is?!”

“Anyone can have what I have, feel as I feel,” she explains. “You just need to want it more than you want anything else and be willing to release old beliefs that you might not even realize are keeping you stuck.”

Meditation 3X3′s: Meditating for 3 minutes 3 times a day.

How can 9 minutes of mini-meditations during the day result in such a life change? It is more about the quality and the intent when you meditate Dina discussed on the show.

Don’t have a goal in mind.

Start for 7 days and then get used to doing the meditation and it will become easier and then you can add a goal when you are ready.

Ask spirit to show you what you are needing to know and the answers will come.

Dina also talked about:  My personal experience of suicidal addiction, recovery and healing. I don’t plan to talk much about my addiction recovery, but more about the opening within me for transformation that was made possible by hitting a spiritual bottom.

-          I want people to know that there is no need to hit bottom before they start climbing up.

-           Details of how to start a 3×3 Meditation Practice (3 minutes, 3 times a day). The results I’ve gotten and how people can start their own practice.

-           The impact of belief and attitude on healing. Physical healing is much more about inner work than outer work.
